At KISHI, each piece is made with intention, precision, and detail. To ensure quality and craftsmanship, all items are made to order.
- Processing & Production Time: Please allow 2–4 weeks from the date of your order for production and processing.
- Shipping Time: Once your order is completed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped via tracked and insured services to ensure safe delivery.
- Shipping Locations: We currently ship worldwide. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs or import fees that may apply.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We stand behind the quality and authenticity of every KISHI garment, KISHI offer returns and exchanges under the following terms:
Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Exclusions: Returns showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was a fulfillment error.
- Exchanges: To exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
- Refunds: Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
